Main parameters

if you are using Netscape 2.x or later, you can select a file by typing its name, or better, by selecting it with the Netscape file browser (Browse button)
OR you can type your data in the next area, or cut and paste it from another application.
(but not both)

The input for the OCPAT is very simple, it is the human RefSeq gene IDs for the genes that are waiting to be analyzed. The human RefSeq gene IDs
have a format "NM_xxxxxx" or "XM_xxxxx". "x" is a digital number (0-9) and the length of the digitals are variable.
